Here are some answers to your questions for a little while ago. I hope this helps.

-We have not really learned about waterborne diseases in the water, as far as we have seen the water is usually pretty clean, otherwise it is salt water.
-The Australians here have great clean water, but Yes, they are very conscience of the use of water. For example with the toilets here, we can do a half flush or a full flush, and even then water sitting in the toilet is less than you see in America.
- Today Trecia and I saw that there was a recycling center for water that was used, and in ponds, and would be recycled for toilet facilities. We have also seen that Australians are more "green" here.
-For ocean reefs, the area is being controlled and is called a Marina Park. If people do bad things to it they get fined, and they try to keep tourism to certain areas so the reef doesn't get damaged!
