Rummage Sale at Ted Noffs

Hi kids,
On Saturday the 21st, those of us who could, volunteered at Ted Noffs. We set up tables  of clothing and other items for people to buy.  We had a lot of fun talking to customers and playing with young kids.  After two hours of volunteering, we had to stop because of the rain.  We raised $200 for the organization.

    Chai and Shannon, you guys ROCK! Who would've thought that traveling would include so much work for others? It must feel quite thrilling to know one can travel so far away from home and still find ways to help others. We would like to think you are showing a side of America to Australian people that shows that Americans do care about the world around them. Thank you for doing that! We appreciate it!

    Did you find anything interesting at the rummage sale?

    Is Austrailian rummage similar to US rummage?

    We're wondering of there were any good Australian movies or DVDs on sale?
